Fondue! :D Anthony took me to Fondue for Valentine's at it was amazing! Granted, it's pricey. I believe it cost us around $150. You could also just do dinner at the house, make him dinner or have him make you dinner and then do something fun together. Or there's Rumari's in Laguna Beach - the cutest little Italian Restuarant (but pricey). Maggiano's in Costa Mesa is wonderful. Maybe go out to a movie or something, Disneyland is always a fun one too. I'm out of ideas - but I hope this helps :)
